TPG II TOP OUTFIELDERS
Dylan Pasta OF / LHP / Delmar (DE), MD / 2021Athletic, compact body type and 5-foot-8, 160 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, slightly open stance at the plate. Smooth back load and small leg kick. Explosive lower half involvement and maintains excellent balance throughout swing. Gets nice extension and showed quick hands and fast bat speed. Short, slightly uphill swing path with an exit velo of 84 mph. Used the entire field during BP and showed gap-to-gap power. Athletic and plays through the ball in the outfield with fluid footwork and a quick, clean exchange. Long arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot at 84 mph. Ran a 4.51 home-to-first time. |
Andrew Kell OF / OF / Oakland Mills, MD / 2021Athletic body type and 5-foot-10, 160 pound frame with room to grow. Hits from a balanced, athletic, open stance at the plate. Smooth back load and small leg kick. Creates nice separation and showed strong lower half involvement. Good balance and extension through contact. Stays behind the ball well with quick hands and some bat speed. Short, slightly uphill swing path with an exit velo of 80 mph. Line drive type hitter with occasional pop. Athletic and moves well in the outfield. Showed a clean exchange and fundamental footwork. Long arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot with some carry at 85 mph. Ran a 4.19 home-to-first time. |
