2026 Michigan Fall Games - Quick Hits

Antony Abreu / RHP/SS / 2027 / Godwin Heights

Abreu flashed some two-way potential at the Davenport session and strong outing on the mound during event. Two pitch mix with some good depth and break on breaking ball. Will be an anchor for Godwin Heights next spring.

Kasey Carman / RHP / 2028 / Hackett Catholic Prep

Kasey had a strong performance earlier this fall up at Central Michigan during our Fall Prospect Games. Carman was dominant punching out 7 hitters on the mound while displaying feel to spin the breaking ball effectively.

Adam Cherveny / 2B/OF / 2028 / East Grand Rapids

LHH with simple swing was a standout during BP at Davenport peppering the RC gap with line drives. Followed up the BP round with a ground rule double during gameplay. Name to watch in East Grand Rapids program after emerging as a starter on last spring's distritct title club.

Gibson Davis / 3B/C / 2027 / Freeland

Davis has grown into his own over the last summer and displays position versatility behind the plate and at the hot corner. LH bat with gap to gap approach. Hit .405 for Capital City Kings organization on the summer circuit.

Denny Doelle III / OF / 2028 / Rochester Adams

One of the top performers of the fall showed gap to gap approach at the plate with simplistic movement patterns. 6.75 runner during the summer, looks to be an important piece of a Highlanders lineup that returns just two starters from last spring's state runner-up team.

Caden Grant / 1B/RHP / 2028 / Howardsville Christian

Grant flashed upside in our last fall event of 2026 both on the mound and hitting. Grant stands large at 6’5 with some flashes of pull side pop and long levers and high 3/4 slot on the mound - a prospect with a large window to get better.

Grayson Knight / C / 2027 / West Michigan Aviation Academy

Knight had two strong showings over the course of the fall. Good frame with more room to add on and consistently produced barrel consistency in his rounds. Flashed some power to pull side with EV up to 94, added a pair of hits during gameplay in Fall Games session at Davenport.

Silas Langenau / RHP / 2027 / Forest Hills Eastern

Langenau had a top performance at Davenport with a good mix of his pitch arsenal. Longer arm swing and move clean down the mound generated some heavy swing and miss with his fastball that was up to 87. Emerged as a key piece of the Forest Hills Eastern staff last spring, set for big role in Hawks rotation as a senior.

Cade Lewkowski / SS/RHP / 2028 / Rockford

Lewkowski will be one our staff will keep eyes on this offseason as he posted strong in September at Fall Prospect Games. A nice left handed swing with solid movements up the middle make him an intriguing player in a deep 2028 class.

Dominic Messina / C / 2027 / Anchor Bay

Messina continues to make a name for himself as a gritty and tough nosed player. Had a short compact swing with a gap to gap approach with plenty of line drives in his round. Coming off another productive summer for SOA.

Parker Nelson / C / 2027 / Eaton Rapids

Nelson showed flashes of some power during the course of the day and posted well in the defensive workout. Nelson features a stockier frame with stronger lower half and adequate flexibility behind the dish. Coming off a standout junior season with the Greyhounds where he hit .529 on the year.

Brady Pelak / OF/LHP / 2028 / Rockford

Pelak is another Ram who showed well throughout the summer and fall at PB Tournaments and at our Fall Prospect games. Keeps it simple in the box with smooth rhythmic swing and keeps barrel long through the hitting zone.

Tate Russell / 1B / 2028 / Petoskey

Russell profiles a large athletic frame and good footwork around the bag. Russell, a strong bat with ability to hit the ball into the RCF gap, is a player college programs will need to circle back on in the spring.

Brady Schutter / 1B / 2028 / Hudsonville

Schutter has continued to impress our staff over the course of the last 6 months and played a big role for Hudsonville as a sophomore. Left handed bat with reliability at first base. Led all fall participants in EV (100.5) and average EV (93.7), went 3-3 with a triple during gameplay.

Grayson Shannon / OF / 2027 / East Kentwood

Shannon packs a punch for his size and utilized his speed in our Fall Games at Davenport. Strong runner who impacted the game with his feet and had good swings during gameplay. Showed off the wheels on an inside the park HR.
