Background: Physical, put-together left-handed hitting catcher has an impressive presence in the batter’s box. Bat stays in the zone a long time and flashed present bat speed. Defensively, prototypical catchers body and target. Strong arm, ball stays true from behind the plate. Good looking 2017 prospect is committed to Michigan State.

The Numbers: The number three ranked player in the 2017 class and 67th overall showed this summer why he is one of the top catching prospects in the nation. Proctor exhibits a 1.88 pop time from behind the dish with a low-80s velocity. At the plate, the left-handed hitting prospect produces a 94 mph exit velocity.
