Michigan Insider: Top 2018 Uncommitted Two-Way Prospects

With the Spring season and Summer showcase season over and the 2017-2018 high school sports season well underway, we would like to take a look at some of the top uncommitted prospects at each position. Over the next few weeks we will look at the top uncommitted 2018 prospects as well as the top underclass prospects. As you can see by the 2018 rankings, there are a good amount of commits all over the nation and plenty of talent left out there for colleges to find.

Today we are looking at the top uncommitted 2018 Two-Way Prospects in Michigan. We highlight five guys who can contribute on the mound and/or at the plate. We will look to create a few top uncommitted lists each week, as there are numerous talented prospects still available. Enjoy!

Rudy Ramirez OF / RHP / Brighton, MI / 2018

Ramirez is a 6-foot, 180 pound two way prospect. Made a name for himself at the TPG showcasing an array of tools. In the OF had the top velo throwing 90 mph with a loose arm action. At the plate sets up with an athletic stance showing a short load with a smooth swing. Ball jumped off his bat taking several balls up the middle and to LF. On the mound showed an easy arm action repeating his mechanics each time throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball sat 83-85 mph with late life. Showed an 11/5 curve with depth 70-71 mph and a deceptive change up. 71-73 mph

OF velo: 90 mph
