Uncommitted Seniors

Nathan Rode and PBR Staff

Mid-November always marks the time when seniors can sign their National Letters of Intent, making those verbal commitments official. But that doesn’t mean recruiting stops and time has run out for players still looking for a landing spot. Schools still on the lookout for players might be interested in some of the uncommitted seniors below.

Simon Adams, RHP, O'Dea HS, WA
Adams has proportional strength in his 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame. He has shown good development on the mound this fall and heads into 2022 poised for a big season. The athletic righty was up to 85 mph with his fastball in late October with a spin rate of 2300 rpm. He pitches with sustainable effort and starter type actions. His repeatable delivery and consistent direction toward his target help keep everything around the zone. He works with bent arm action out of his hand break with a continuous path into release. He spins multiple breaking balls with his curveball/slider combination and runs both up to 2200+ rpm.
