X-FACTOR
The Rams need improvement at the plate to support their pitching and defense in 2015.
UNDERCLASSMAN TO WATCH
2016's Tanner Landman and Noah Pavek are players to keep an eye on. Landman is a good defensive player that's committed to getting better and Pavek has shown good quickness and a quality glove at shortstop. Both players potential hinges on the ability to contribute offensively.
2015 OUTLOOK
Roseau expect major contributions from 6 seniors for them to be successful. 5 of them will receive innings on the mound and contribute as 2-way players. P/OF Aaron Krahn has potential and is considering pursuing college baseball at the D3 level. Magnusson at 6-2, 220-pounds bring size to the mound and pounds the strike zone. 5-foot-7 INF'er Sam Jerome is the consummate team player and spark plug for the team. Connor Millner will be in the outfield. At 6-1, 190-pounds he brings size and a quick bat to the lineup. Head Coach Tracey Wensloff has high hopes for senior Gabe Magnusson on the mound. He feels like he could be in position to produce a big season. The Rams played many different players last season; the hope is for them to take the next step and be significant contributors this spring.
