Baseball is a game of numbers when scouts, coaches, and recruiters make decisions on players.  Brad Mathiowetz did everything he could to make their decisions easier with the offensive statistics he put up this Spring for Rochester Mayo High School.

The Rochester Mayo star's 2014 season is one for the record books:

.570 batting average- 12^th all-time

17 doubles- 2^nd all-time

18 home runs- 2^nd all-time

54 RBI’s- 3^rd all-time

Mathiowetz also set new Minnesota state single-season records for total bases with 122 and slugging percentage with 1.420

Committed to play at Des Moines Area Community College next season, Mathiowetz was also drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 35^th round last week.
