PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
HANSON: I have been talking to Dakota County Technical College, Augsburg, Hamline, Concordia, and St. John's University.
PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
HANSON: I plan on visiting all the colleges mentioned in the previous question in the near future.
PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
HANSON: I am looking for a school that has programs in the field of Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or Athletic Training.
PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
HANSON: In our first game of the high school season, I threw a complete game no-hitter. I hit a total of 5 homeruns in the high school season, with 3 happening in the post season, including a 395 foot homerun over a high centerfield fence. My high school team also made its first state appearance since 2007.
PBR: What are your goals for this year?
HANSON: My goals this year are to make the state tournament again, and hopefully go further in it. Personally, I want to increase all of my stat lines from my junior year to my senior year.
PBR: Do you play any other sports?
HANSON: I play football, too. I am a running back/wide receiver on offense and linebacker on defense.
PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
HANSON: I scored a 25 on my ACT and my GPA is 3.34/4.0.
