3/15/20

Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 6-2, 170-pounds. Long, wiry frame.
Delivery: Small step into leg lift delivery. Balanced, repeatable delivery w/ good tempo. Good extension through release.
Arm Action: RH. Long 3/4 arm action. Some whip in arm.
FB: T84, 82-84 mph. Heavy w/ arm-side fade. Thrown on downward plane.
CB: 64-66 mph. Sharp 11/5 break w/ good spin and avg. depth.
CH: 71-73 mph. Solid fade action.

 

6/16/19

6-foot-1, 155-pound right-handed pitcher.  Long and thin frame.  Small step into big leg lift and turn.  Good balance and direction down mound.  Uses front side well.  Lands slightly across body.  Throws from a ¾ arm slot with a longer arm action.  Fastball has slight downhill action at 74-79 mph with run and sink.  Curveball has large 11/5 slow break for strikes thrown at 55-61 mph.  Change-up has solid fade action thrown at 60-61 mph. 

 

3/16/19

6-foot-1, 145-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. On mound; higher tuck and turn, hides baseball, long arm swing, slight wrap on back side, lands across body, cuts off lower half. Fastball was 72-74 mph with slight running action to plate. Curveball has 11/5 loose shape with early break. Solid feel for changeup with avg. action at plate. 7.77 runner. Square stance, rolling hand load, solid extension through contact, fringy pop in bat, mid/pull approach with solid contact, 79 mph exit velocity. Works around and through, softer hands, athletic arm action, solid receiver around bag, 75 mph arm across infield.

 

7/11/18- 6-foot-1, 145-pound right handed hitting two-way player.  7.64 runner.  Simple stance and load.  Hands load back with small stride.  Good balance through swing. Slight arm bar with longer swing path.  Gap to gap approach with average contact.  71 mph exit velocity.  IF- Average hands and feet.  Glove can be late to field with some stiffness.  70 mph arm strength with average carry and accuracy to bag.  On mound- Good balance and direction through delivery.  Fastball is 71-74 mph with slight run and sink.  Slow early break on 57-60 mph curveball.  Decent fade on change-up and tends to slow arm action.
