ZIGAN: The schools that have expressed interest in me so far are St. Cloud State, Mankato, Minnesota, NDSU, SDSU, Nebraska Omaha, and Creighton.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
ZIGAN: I have visited Creighton and St. Cloud State and I plan to visit NDSU, SDSU, and Minnesota.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
ZIGAN: I'm looking for a school with great academics along with a great reputation and a good baseball program with a family atmosphere. I look for a friendly coaching staff and a staff that wants to win.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
ZIGAN: I won the section tournament this year with my team and went to state tournament. That was an awesome experience I will never forget. I also led team in saves being the closer. For our legion season, I led our team in lowest ERA and had the most strikeouts. Our season fell short but it was great to get more innings in for the legion season as a starter.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
ZIGAN: I want to win a state championship. It is something I have never done before and I would love nothing more than to bring a state championship to Eden Prairie this year.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
ZIGAN: I played basketball for the high school up until last year. I wanted to focus on baseball instead and only baseball.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
ZIGAN: I have a 25 ACT and a 3.8 GPA.
