PBR Rank: #31 in MN 2017 Class

Evaluation:  6/20/16- 6-foot-1, 185-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Physically impressive left-hander hitter. 6.85 runner. Middle/pull hitter with bat speed. Shows power to pull side of field. Leg kick trigger effects timing occasionally. 91 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions if field with raw footwork and throwing mechanics, limited use of front side, produces 84 mph arm strength with average carry and solid accuracy.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
KRAUSE: NDSU, UNO, Illinois State, Augustana, Arizona Western CC, Iowa Western CC, numerous D2 and D3’s .

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
KRAUSE: I’ve visited Nebraska-Omaha and will be visiting North Dakota State soon.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
KRAUSE: Going 4-4 in my playoff game with 2 triples and a grand slam. Setting the legion record for triples in a season. In the summer I had a  .404 BA, .508 on base, .758 slugging,  5 hr, 7 triples. This fall with TCBA thus far I’m hitting .460 with 4 triples.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
KRAUSE: I would like to hit above .450. I would like to hit 10 home runs.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
KRAUSE: Hockey

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
KRAUSE: I have a 24 on the ACT and a 3.5 GPA.
