Season Outlook
The Rockwood Summit Falcons will return six starting position players and two starting pitchers from the 2015 squad.  Three players earned post season honors and will provide much of the offesnse for the Falcons this spring.  Junior C Coltyn Kessler, a 1st Team All Conference selection a year ago, will return behind the plate and hit in the middle of the line up for the Falcons.  Junior SS Jaxon Passino, a 2015 2nd Team All-Conference selection,  will anchor down the defense, providing experience up the middle.  Junior OF Conor Dryer, selected as a 2nd Team All-Conference outfielder last year, will join Passino and Kessler as the nucleus of the team.  The Falcons will also have depth on the mound, led by Kansas State commit, junior RHP Jackson RutledgeDyer will also see time on the mound will be joined with junior Alexander Strickland and junior RHP Connor Gilles.  Rockwood Summit also has two underclassmen that will be a big factor in the teams success this spring, sophomore Jimmy Shork and Blake Ciseros.  The Falcons are well rounded, talented and experienced.  Look for the Falcons to be a contender in Class 5 in late May and early June.
