Top Perfomances

+ Aaron Meers (Lee's Summit North, 2016) goes 4-for-4 with a double and a triple scoring four runs, while Andrew Kleiboeker (Lee's Summit North, 2016) goes three 3-for-4 with three doubles and four RBI in 10-8 win over Lee's Summit West.  

+ Erik Miller (De Smet, 2016) struck out 14 batters, allowing one run on two hits in six innings of work in 2-1 win over Timberland. 

+ Layn Hurst (Forsyth, 2016) goes 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, Ethan Haile (Forsyth, 2015) adds three hits in three at-bats and drives in three, while Tyler Groves (Forsyth, 2017) collects two hits and three RBI in 11-1 win over Clever.

+ Caleb Essick (Ozark, 2015) took a no-hitter into the seventh, until Max Atchity (Blue Springs South, 2015) singled to right field with two outs.  Essick finished with six strikeouts, three walks, allowing one hit an no runs. 

+ MIchael Failoni (Westminster, 2015) strikes out 10 batters, walks one, in a 4-0 shut-out win over Sullivan.

+ Brett Denney (Logan-Rogersville, 2016) works five innings and goes 2-for-4 with a home run in a 5-4 win over Green County Tech.  Garrett Jernigan (Logan-Rogersville, 2015) also cranks a home run in the win.

+ Van Oswald (Truman, 2016) goes 5.1 innings striking out three and allowing two runs in 11-8 win over Pay-Pec.  Nathan Croner (Truman, 2016) earned the win working 2.2 innings with three strikeouts and giving up just one earned run.
