Player Spotlight: SS Jeremy Eierman (Warsaw, 2015)

SS Jeremy Eierman (Warsaw, 2015) batted .500 this spring, with 17 doubles, a pair of triples and two home runs.  He drove in 21 runs, with an on-base percentage of .526, and earned First-Team All-State honors for his efforts. As a sophomore, Eierman was an All-State player and a member of Team Missouri in PBR's Midwest Futures Games Powered by Under Amour.  Currently, he is playing in Chicago and still looking for a school to call home.  Here is a look at what is going with Eierman this summer. 

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you 

Eierman: Oklahoma State, Kansas State, and Wichita State have expressed interest.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future? If so, what schools, and how recently? 

Eierman: I've visited Mizzou, plan to visit Kansas State next month

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Eierman: I'm looking for a school with good academics and a good baseball program.

PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do?

Eierman: I had a good junior year, my BA was 500, 3 home runs. But, we lost in districts.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season? 

Eierman: My goals are to always become a better baseball player and win state.

PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?

Eierman: I play for Gravel Baseball out of Chicago, I'm playing with them in the fall also.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Eierman: I did play football but I'm not this year.

PBR: What are your ACT and GPA

Eierman: My ACT is a 18 and my GPA is 3.2
