At the plate, tall and open stance, controlled and smooth load, no wasted movement, quick hands with feel for the barrel, solid and hard contract, flashing power to pull side.  In the outfield, 79 mph positional velocity, high three quarters arm slot, aggressive through the catch with momentum, feet and hands on time for clean exchange, long and lean frame, still developing with already smooth actions. On the mound, Mueller is long and lean high three quarters arm slot, throws downhill, throws with regular effort, fastball at 77-81 mph, showed change up at 67-70 mph with sink, down in zone, promising young arm with projectable pitchers frame.
