We continue our look at winter showcase standouts. This edition features two Class of 2023 prospects who made their way onto the high-follow list after stellar showings at the St. Louis Force Scout Day.

Nazzan Zanetello and Brysen Nepute are no stranger to being standouts at PBR events. They both attended the PBR Junior Future Games in 2018 -- the national event that features the top 7th & 8th grade prospects from our coverage states.

Nazzan Zanetello, Christian Brothers College, 3B/RHP, 2023

Zanetello, during the Jan. 25 event, posted impressive statistics, proving he's a player to keep an eye on throughout his high school career. He ran a 4.31 home-to-first to begin the event, followed by a 91-mph exit velocity off the tee and an 82-mph showing across the diamond. Zanetello features natural infield actions, with fluid footwork and clean transfers. Both his exit and infield velocity were the second-highest at the event.

A two-way player, Zanetello took his talents to the mound. His FB topped at 80-mph and sat 76-80. CB was 62-64 and CH sat 68-70. He mixed in a CT at 71-72.

Brysen Nepute, Christian Brothers College, OF/LHP, 2023

Nepute is another high-follow in the Class of 2023. He posted an event-best 90-mph reading from the OF. At the exit velo station, he recorded a 91-mph showing. He barreled every ball in BP and showed consistent pop. Nepute contains elite bat speed and barrel strength for his age.

On the mound, the southpaw fills up the zone with an 83-85 mph fastball and an advanced curveball at 70-72 mph.
