We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2020 Scout Day: Double Play Invaders. This was a great opportunity for 2021-2025 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2020 Scout Day: Double Play Invaders - Quick Hits

THE BATS

  • DJ Prampin, SS/OF, R/R, Doherty Memorial, 2021 - Prampin is an athletic right-handed hitter. The swing is fluid and shows pop to the left side of the field.
  • Brandon Cordero, RHP/3B, R/R, 2022 - Cordero is a physical right-handed hitting infielder who really uses the bottom half to generate a lot of hard contact.
  • Seth Larson, C/OF, L/R, Leicester HS, 2022 - Larson showed a quick, balanced left-handed swing during this event. He showed he can spray the ball foul pole to foul pole with authority.

THE ARMS

  • Miles Blake, LHP/1B, L/L, Tantasqua Regional HS, 2025 - This young left-hander is really talented! The delivery is fluid, showcasing a fastball that sat in the mid 70’s. Blake also showed advanced secondary stuff.
  • Michael Bokis, 3B/RHP, R/R, North Brookfield HS, 2023 - Bokis uses a deceptive delivery to attack hitters. The fastball sits in the upper 70’s, with late life and a sweeping breaking ball.
  • Nicholas Farrell, 1B/RHP, R/R, Quabbin Regional, 2021 - Farrell is a tough match up for right-handed hitters, with his cross-body delivery and sweeping breaking pitch.

THE DEFENDERS

  • DJ Prampin, SS/OF, R/R, Doherty Memorial, 2021 - Prampin showed fluid actions in the middle of the diamond and a strong arm in the outfield.
  • Miles Blake, LHP/1B, L/L, Tantasqua Regional HS, 2025 - -Blake is a talented young defender over at firstbase. He moves well around the bag and showed good lateral quickness.
  • Seth Larson, C/OF, L/R, Leicester HS, 2022 - Larson has good catch and throw skills behind the plate. The feet are good and he showed a quick release.
