SCOUTING REPORT
Sullivan checks in at 5-foot-8, 160-pounds with a lean athletic frame. Offensively- Righty shows a quick swing with clean mechanics making solid contact. Features a level swing with good lower body rotation utilizing his whole-body frame throughout the swing. Demonstrated good plate coverage making solid contact to all fields. Overall a fluid set up, transfer, and swing that will only get better. Recorded an exit velocity of 83 MPH. Defensively- In the outfield, good approach and footwork to get underneath baseball. Shows a good transition from glove to throwing hand. Has a good outfielder arm swing with aggressive footwork towards target making accurate throws. Recorded a positional outfield arm velocity of 79 MPH. Behind the plate, frames well keeping his glove and body quiet. Has good mechanics on throws to second with a quick arm swing and a downhill throwing motion. Blocks well keeping the ball in front of him and is athletic getting back up on his feet. Recorded a positional arm velocity as a catcher at 75 MPH with pop times ranging from 1.99-2.06.

THOUGHTS ON THE FUTURE
"Was impressed with the ease of his efforts at the plate. Stays under control, behind the ball and is able to keep the barrel in the zone for a long time. As he physically matures look for him to attack the gaps even more so. Showed his athleticism in the outfield with active feet, aggressive approach and quick release, this carried over to behind the plate where his throws were quick out with above average carry.  Will only get better behind the plate and even though he's already cracked the 2.0 mark, it's easy to see with a few adjustments why he would be consistently under that point. Front line backstop who can also handle a a corner OF spot if needed. "
