GG: Melvin Mercedes, my teammate when I played up. He just had the flawless swag and played the game with heart.

AJ: Most embarrassing moment on the field?
GG: Let a ball go through my legs with the game on the line in 13U.

AJ: What's the one part of your game in 2021 that you want to stand out compared to 2020?
GG: I want to show people that I can not only hit for average but for power as well.
