2/20/23

 

Physical: 6-foot-0, 180 pounds; Athletic, slight build. 7.28 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Lifts hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a late one hand finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 94 MPH via Trackman. Consistent barrel path with some pull side power.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft while staying low during transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 1.98-2.04 pop times. C - 80 MPH.  Efficient mover with quick hands and release.

Physical: 6-foot-0, 155 pounds; Lean, slender build. 7.36 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a one-handed finish.  More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 2.19-2.27 pop times. C - 72 MPH. Quick transfer & delivery.

Physical: 5-foot-11, 155 pounds; Lean, proportional build. 7.19 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a swing path that gets around the ball with a one-handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman. Active lower half with pop and a slightly above average sweet spot %.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a high/over the top arm slot. 2.22-2.34 pop times. C - 67 MPH.  Quick hands on the transfer while being aggressive on the throw down.

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high/over the top slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 76 MPH, while sitting 73-75 MPH; arm side run with sink. CB: 62-64 MPH; 1-7 shape.CH: 69-71 MPH. Shows ability to command both sides while using the BB to get strikes.
