The Class of 2019 has come into sharp focus in recent months, evidenced by the unprecedented rate at which sophomore prospects are verbally committing. Exactly how fast and furious is the recruiting scene?
Well, in this updated 2019 rankings list, eight of the top 20 prospects in NY are already verbally committed to division-one programs, in a state where baseball prospects typically develop much later. Yes, the recruiting scene is working that fast.
