With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

Head Coach: Brian Long
Division: II
2017 Record: 15-10
Conference Record: Western Reserve Conference, 11-3, 1st Place
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/2
2018 Team Strengths:
Coach Outlook: This season we will be competing in the Division 2 tournament. The previous years we have been Division 1. We lost a lot of seniors from last year's district semi-finals team, but we have a lot of talent to replace them. This year's team has the talent, but needs to get consistent experience at the Varsity level. This years senior class has always been a successful team throughout their years so it should be fun to watch them this season.
PBR Outlook: Chardon and head coach Brian Long are headed to Division II after being in Division I. Look for the Hilltoppers to compete at a high level in D-II this year.
