Ohio Insider: On the Recruiting Trail - Jack Pagliarini, LHP

Height/Weight: 6-foot-2, 175-pounds
High School: Springboro
Ranking: 28th in Ohio's 2017 recruiting class

Evaluation: 6-foot-2, 175-pound projectable frame. In the outfield he takes good routes and utilizes a good run thru ball with 83 mph arm strength. Right-handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Looseness in his hands with a good load. Barrel stays in the zone with 78 mph exit velocity and was 4.72 home to first. He projects more at the next level on the mound. The southpaw has a slow tempo, compact delivery with good finish. From over the top his fastball sits 81-82 mph with some down angle and arm side run. Spins a 12/6 breaking ball with depth at 73-74 mph. Also, showcased a changeup at 75 mph with good arm speed and some sink.
