With the Summer season coming to an end and the 2015-2016 high school sports season as well as fall ball getting underway, we would like to take a look at some of the top uncommitted prospects at each position.

Today we are gonna take a look at the top uncommitted 2016 Middle Infielders in the Buckeye State. We will look to create a few top uncommitted lists each week, as you can see by our 2016 Rankings, 2017 Rankings and 2018 Rankings there are numerous talented prospects available.

Top Uncommitted 2016 Middle Infielders

Trevor Hafner, Perrysburg
Ranked: 43rd in Ohio’s 2016 class
Scouting Report: 6-foot, 175-pound athletic build. Over at shortstop he fields the ball out in front of his body with soft hands. Good range and throws from a short, high-3/4 slot with 82 mph arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that is spread out and balanced. Good load with a flat swing that produced line drives during batting practice. Registered top exit velocity of 88 mph and ran 7.01-60. Three-sport athlete who is playing football this fall.
