Prep Baseball Report has been updating its Overall Rankings recently with the 2015 and 2016 classes already done. Up next is the 2017 class. Hopefully that, along with some questions from readers, will take your mind off any wintry weather you might be experiencing…

Who are some guys that could get drafted in the 2016 class out of Ohio?
The 2015 Draft itself is six months away and there is plenty that can still change in that draft alone, much less the 2016 draft. But let’s look 18 months ahead anyway. As of right now, I think Ohio’s 2016 class is a two-horse race from a draft perspective. RHP/SS Chris Machamer (Massillon Washington HS, OH) is the clear frontrunner. His ultimate position is to be determined as he excels on both sides of the ball.
