PBR: Why did you choose Ohio University?

PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Rogers: Akron, Wright State, Ashland, and Marietta

PBR:  Coach Smith was just recently hired to be the new head coach at OU.  How does it feel to be a part of his first recruit?
Rogers: I'm excited to be his first recruit at OU. I am very lucky to have an opportunity to play for Coach Smith.

PBR:  Where did the coaching staff first see you compete?
Rogers: They saw me play at the Cincinnati Flames Tournament this summer.

PBR: What role does Coach Smith expect you to play during your first year on campus?
Rogers: To learn how to practice and play at a high level. Also to balance my academics with baseball.

PBR: How does it feel to be a part of a Division 1 baseball program?
Rogers: I'm very excited about it. It has been my dream to play D1 baseball.

PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
