Colin Sells RHP / 3B / Bloom Carroll, OH / 2018

CARROLL - Three months into his senior year of high school Colin Sells never imagined this.

After all, it was in October of 2016 that the Bloom Carroll right-handed pitcher committed to play in the Southeastern Conference for the University of Kentucky.

But a change of heart has the 20th-ranked player in Ohio searching for a new college home after reopening his commitment.

“About a week ago they brought up to me about redshirting,” Sells said in reference to Kentucky (who he was committed to). “I didn’t have an interest in that so I talked to my parents. We decided it was time to look at other options.”
