Last summer, Wolf was pitching in the low 80s and not getting much use out of his lower half. A year later, his delivery was improved and Wolf was reaping the benefits. He sat 87-92 mph in an early-summer outing and committed to Louisville in August. The top southpaw in Ohio, Wolf has a long arm action and fires from a three-quarter slot. He gets good angle and life on his fastball and mixes in a sharp breaking ball with 1/7 shape as well as a fading changeup.
