Learn more during our question answer session...PBR: What schools were you considering?Gollaway: The University of Cincinnati & Wright State UniversityPBR: Why did you choose Wright State?Gollaway: I liked their athletic program, their winning history & the developlement of their players. I also liked the coaches & their approach with me. PBR: Was it important to stay close home?Gollaway: No, not really.PBR: What role do the coaches expect you to play your first year on campus?Gollaway: Continue as a strong hitter, outfielder and improve my talents & capabilites.PBR: What were your expectations about recruiting heading into the summer?Gollaway: To be a D1 prospectPBR: What is your biggest strength as a player and how do you feel that you will help WSU?Gollaway: My biggest strength as a player is my hitting power & consistancy.PBR: How has travel baseball helped your development as a player?Gollaway: Travel ball has helped my development as a player due to it being the highest level of competition in baseball.PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?Gollaway: My parents have had the biggest impact on me as a player because of their constant sacrifice and support. PBR: This summer, you hit two homeruns in one game against Midland at the University of Cincinnati. Your name quickly became a hot topic. How did your recruiting process pickup after that weekend?Gollaway: Before I even got home that day, I had received calls from numerous college recruiters wanting to schedule visits to their schools. I think that it was all about timing in showcasing my talents.
