Jacob Kush RHP / 2B / Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute, ON / 2018Rankings StateRank: 7 / POS: 4
Report: Kush was impressive in first appearance of the year, worked into the 5th and was able to work out of trouble when he had runners on. Fastball sat 87-89 and touched 91 a few times early. The 5-foot-9, Kush moves well on the mound and the arm is very quick out front with hand speed. He threw both slider and curveball that lacked feel early on which is natural but did throw a couple really good changeups that produced swings and missed at 80 mph.
