Matt Ianni, RHP, Ottawa Nepean Canadians, 2015

6-foot-8  230-pound right-handed pitcher. Ianni is an intimidating presence when on the mound. Able to work downhill, Ianni can run his fastball up to 91 mph. Shows the ability to spin a breaking ball, Ianni struggles at times to find consistency with the pitch but has thrown some hammers during stretches. Changeup used at times, a show pitch that will only improve. Ianni will be a fun follow this coming year as with reps and innings, he will only get better.

RJ Freure, RHP, Ontario Blue Jays, 2015RJ Freure

6-foot-1 205-pounds right-handed pitcher with strong build. Able to repeat delivery. Freure (pictured right) is a member of the Ontario Blue Jays and Team Canada National Team. A strike thrower who has run his fastball up to 90 mph and is usually between 85-88. Throws his curveball between 70-74 and mixes in a changeup as well. All three pitches for strikes, competes, goes right at guys.

Michael Brettell, RHP, Great Lake Canadians, 2015

Brettell is a pitcher that is learning fast. Fastball has been up to 86 this summer with room for added velocity. Arm action is clean and is able to repeat delivery. Slider is showing signs of improvement and when Brettell get's on top, it is thrown with bite and velocity. Michael maintains his arm speed with his changeup and uses it to keep hitters off balance. Stays focused and composed on mound, competes. Should be a guy in 2015.

Austin Shields, RHP, Great Lake Canadians, 2015Austin Shields

Shields (pictured right) was an unknown two months ago. The 6-foot-5 215-pound monster has started to raise eyebrows since his appearance with Dan Cevette and PBR New York. The big man possesses a fastball that has been up to 90 along with a slider and change. Shows the ability for a potential slider that sits 74-78. An intriguing follow for pro guys and a definite for colleges around the nation.

Drew Reilly, RHP/C, Fieldhouse Pirates, 2015

Reilly is a catcher as well, but the future may be on the mound for the 6-foot-3 190-pound right-hander. Shows a quick arm with his fastball touching 91. Flashes late slider with some bite when he stays on top and online. Changeup is a work in progress. More innings will bring improvement and help Drew's feel and pitchability. Could be Sean Ratcliffe 2.0
