HIGH SCHOOL DRAFT 100 PROSPECTS
NONE

OTHERS TO WATCH: No player in the state might have improved their stock this spring more than OF Christian Cooney (Central Catholic HS, OR). The Portland recruit has always stood out for his athleticism and tools, but the bat has showed significant progress and the raw power is translating to the game more consistently. LHP Micky Thompson (Century HS, OR), a Washington State recruit, has some big time projection left on his lean, wiry frame at 6-foot-1 to go with loose, whippy arm action. IF Jonathan Kelly (West Linn HS, OR) creates solid leverage at the plate and has clean defensive actions. Lastly, IF Kyle Dernedde (Tualatin HS, OR) is a gritty competitor who does everything well on the diamond.
