Top Performer Report

'24 CIF Chase Harlan (Central Bucks East / Cincinnati Commit) is the #3 ranked 3B in the 2024 PA class for a reason. Harlan gets the job done on both sides of the ball. Harlan is 6-foot-1, 185lbs and oozes athleticism. Harlan put on one of the most complete rounds of BP of the entire preseason. With a peak exit velo of 103.2 MPH and a hard hit rate of 91%, Harlan proves that he rarely gets cheated at the plate. Even when Harlan isn't catching his cleanest barrel, he's still averaging a 96.7 MPH exit velocity. The RHH has a sweet swing with a fairly generous uphill pickup toward the end of the swing. In the infield, Harlan trusts his feet and his glove and simply allows his athleticism to take over. Harlan moves best to his glove side, where he can collect his feet and uncork his personal best 93 MPH throw across the infield. Boasting such a big bat and an arm like that, it's possible that Harlan may be able to find himself roaming the outfield at the next level. Harlan is more than capable of playing where ever he is asked, as long as he brings his bat!
