In the past three years Prep Baseball Report Colorado has had the opportunity to cover amateur baseball like no other organization has ever been able to do before in the state of Colorado. Between scouting numerous games in the summer and fall, and from hosting premier events including our Top Prospect Games, Underclass Invitational, Preseason All-State, Centennial State Games, Fall Prospect Games, and Dr. Atkinson Memorial, we have been able to currently rank over 400 players in the state of Colorado. Since our last rankings came out last spring, we have had a lot of movers and risers. Below is a list of our "Top Risers" in our latest 2018 rankings. On Monday we will post our top risers in our 2019 rankings.
