Buchek made his mark in NYS Games

The morning of June 28, Prep Baseball Report hosted the offensive showcase as part of its 2016 New York State Games, and Timothy Buchek (2018) used the opportunity to put his stamp on the event.
Buchek, a rising junior at Windsor Central High School, stepped in and clocked a couple home runs while spraying balls to all gaps in the outfield.
“You can just tell by the sound,” said Buchek’s coach at the New York State Games, Jeff Limoncelli. “I can just listen to him hit, and know that he’s got it.”
“I just wanted to make solid contact and swing hard,” said Buchek. “I was pleased with my performance. I think I showcased my skills well.”
