Norcross, GA - With 2 loaded rosters full of draft prospects and D1 talent, this game turned out to be just as good as it looked on paper. The tides turned in the later innings, with good pitching and a legendary Cooper Blauser walk off that led to a 7-6 victory in the bottom of the 8th. This resilient Wesleyan Wolves team is very deserving of a State Championship appearance.

Georgia Tech commit. The projectable 6 foot 2, 175 pounder with broad shoulders, long levers and lean strength is one of the best two-way players in the state for 2023. At the dish, he’s got a centered base and good balance from head to toe, aided by the athletic bend in his knees. The slightly closed stance & long levers allow him to cover the outside edge with ease, as he has no worries about going pull side against good velo with his good hip clearance and fast hands. He spends little time going back with his hips, smoothly gaining ground to attack the baseball in front of the plate for power production. On the hill, he’s got a compact, well paced delivery..
