Cale Lansville’s three brothers, he said, put a glove in his hand “a long time ago.”
And thus started another young boys’ love affair with baseball … in this case, Lansville, now a freshman, who may become part of the ThunderRidge Grizzlies’ rotation in Highlands Ranch. He even has spoken with head coach Joe White about it, a freshman potentially taking a regular turn on the bump in the Class 5A Continental League.
High-school practice can officially begin on Feb. 26.
