The Preseason All-State enters its fourth year in North Carolina and has quickly become one of the most anticipated events of the year. Featuring the top players from across the state, the event allows college coaches and scouts a sneak peak at players as they begin to come out and get ready for the spring season.

Below we take a look at 9 outfielders that are scheduled to be at one of the two sessions of the Preseason All-State coming up on March 14 and March 21. Each player has scout notes, stats, and video in their profile.
