Olympic – 2        Cox Mill - 3

PBR was at Cox Mill HS on Thursday to take in the Chargers hosting an undefeated, 7-0 Olympic HS club that is playing with some confidence.  Marty Gair would toe the rubber for Cox Mill, armed with the top fastball, by velocity, in the state.

Gair would get off to a quick start, attacking the zone and punching the first two hitters faced on 7 pitches.  In the bottom of the 1st, the Chargers would get on the board, scoring on a wild pitch, giving Gair an early lead to work with.  Gair recorded the leadoff out in each of the first 4 innings pitched, controlling his pitch count, while only facing a max of 4 hitters in any one inning through the 4th
