The Patriot Pioneers were able to hold on to a 2-1 lead to defeat the Battlefield Bobcats in a heated battle of Northern Virginia foes.
It was a talented pitching matchup on the day, featuring Patriot's senior RHP James Price (George Mason) and Battlefield's sophomore sensation RHP Zach Agnos. It did not disappoint.
