SPRINGFIELD - A strong arm is usually associated with pitching. But Bryce Cox has used that asset to gain notoriety at another part of the game - catching.

“Wright State just phoned me and said they were impressed with my arm strength,” related Cox, whose position velocity of 81 is the best among unsigned catchers in Ohio and the same as the top-rated unsigned backstop in the country.
