New England Top Five Breakdown: Top Viewed Prospect Profiles for Rhode Island - #1 Robert Regine
#1 Robert Regine
Background: Had a nice workout at the Future Games, ran a 6.88 with some effort. Threw 84 mph across the diamond, showing solid range, a short arm path and good footwork around the bag. The defensive tools are there, and he can move around in the infield as well. The bat path is excellent, tee exit velocity of 90 mph. Needs to handle his in game at bats better but his approach in batting practice and his prep work is solid. Chased some in the games but the plane is good and short to the ball. Division 1 prospect.
