6-6, 190-pound righty continues to show his electric arm speed as the uncommitted righty is primed for a huge spring.  XL tall, long and lanky frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Small forward build.  Pitches from a full wind-up into H ¾ release from the first base side of the rubber.  Super quick arm w/ significant velocity ceiling.  Glove side can get stronger, would help with direction and consistently finishing his pitches.  Extension, ball gets on you.  Straight FB w/ ride through the zone.  Medium downer CB flashed proper shape and rotation, struggled to get on top of it on this day.  Firm straight CH.  Sprayed the zone on this day as he returns from injury, has a history of being around the zone with his FB since having seen him in 2017. Velocity was down a tick from where we have seen it previously (86-89, T90).
