ALTAIR, TX—Tuesday was the last day of our swing through Texas and we capped it off with RHP Jared Kelley (Refugio HS, TX)—the No. 1 prospects in the state. He dominated in typical fashion, overpowering hitters with his explosive fastball. In four innings of work, he struck out 12 of the 14 batters he faced. The only two to reach were a dropped third strike and a walk. All of his strikeouts came on the fastball.
