Lake Travis vs. McNeil
Brett Baty, 3B, Lake Travis HS, 2019
Texas commit. Baty showed why he is the anchor for one of the best teams in the state by launching a missile of a home run into the right field trees. Baty has a large left-handed presence in the box standing 6-foot-3, 195-pounds and has next-level power to his pull side. Baty also showed a finesse side to his game by bunting for a hit to the third base side. Baty played a solid third base throughout the tournament.
Lake Travis senior outfielder Dylan Weiss (Pepperdine) was impressive all day with the bat, racking up two multi-hit games. Weiss does a good job hitting the ball to all fields and might be the most pure hitter in a loaded Lake Travis lineup.
