ROCKWALL, TX - Since it is spring break for many high schools this week, we were able to catch a matchup between two Texas Power 25 teams. No. 18 Grapevine (12-2-1) traveled to No. 12 Rockwall (13-2-1).

Baylor commit. The right-hander worked three scoreless innings with his fastball sitting 84-87 mph with some tilt and sink on his fastball. Really tough on right-handed hitters, and early on left-handed hitters in Grapevine’s lineup were getting good swings off his fastball. His breaking ball got sharper in the second and third inning. The pitch had sharp downward break with 11/5 shape at 74-76 mph.
