Utah Fall ID: (Pitchers) FB / Statistical Analysis

Jeff Scholzen
Utah Scouting Director

The first ever PBR Utah event kicked off this past Saturday at 2nd year high school Crimson Cliffs. As you know, we broke down 14 players in our Utah ID: Quick Hits story, based on subjective and objective reasoning. Many of those players will be in our initial Top 10 Class by Class Rankings, as we roll those out in the coming weeks. We rolled out the positional statistical analysis yesterday. We now feature our Top 5 from the Utah Fall Prospect I.D. in various Fastball categories: Peak FB Velocity, Peak Spin Rate, Peak Induced Vertical Break (the depth or sink to the FB) and Peak Horizontal Break (side to side movement) according to TRACKMAN. Enjoy!
