Norfolk Academy had an outstanding 2014 season, winning the TCIS Tournament and running to VISAA State Semi-Finals before their season came to an end. The Bulldogs have lost TCIS Player of the Year, Jack Markey, to graduation, but otherwise return their entire team this spring. Norfolk Academy’s pitching staff will be led by Isaiah Nelson (LHP, 2015), and Michael Parsons (LHP, 2016). The Bulldog line-up will be anchored by seniors Ross Kazakis (C, 2015), Jack Sessoms (OF, 2015), Ryan French (IF, 2015) and youngster Matthew Cooper (C/OF, 2017). Norfolk Academy is the early favorite to repeat as the TCIS champs in 2015 and should compete for the VISAA Division I Championship.
