Outlook:
St. John’s College is coming off of an outstanding 2014 season that saw it win the WCAC and DCSAA Tournaments. While the Cadets lost some key pieces to their line-up from last year and none of their returning pitchers has started more than four games, St. John’s has a lot of talent coming back and will be dangerous again in 2015. The Cadets’ offense will be led by All-American A.J. Cole (MIF/RHP, 2015), Brian Tagoe (OF, 2015), Brett Simon (C, 2015), and Jackson Coviello (1B, 2015). Ryan Olsen (LHP, 2015) and Cam Remalia (RHP/CIF, 2016) have the most experience of the returners on the mound and Ryan Wanner (RHP, 2015) should contribute again after missing 2014 with an injury. The Cadets, as always, are an extremely talented team that is among the favorites to repeat as WCAC and DCSAA champions in 2015.
