Deep Run Wildcats:
Trey Gauch RHP / 3B / Deep Run, VA / 2024Got a chance to see two innings from the lanky 6-foot-2, 180-pound framed right hander. Plenty of room to fill. Longer arm action with above average arm speed. Works from a higher three-quarter arm slot. The fastball was 82-85 during the first two innings of work and showed feel for two secondary pitches. The changeup had solid late fade at 74 mph and the breaking ball had bigger shape sitting 69-70 mph.

Josiah Seguin SS / Deep Run, VA / 2023Seguin showcased his talents at shortstop during the tournament. During his time at short he displayed some big arm strength, the ability to come forward well, and throw on the run with some carry. The William & Mary commit continues to show his feel for the barrel from both sides of the plate and was the most consistent offensive threat for the Wildcats throughout their tournament play.

Cameron Rizzo SS / 2B / Deep Run, VA / 2023Rizzo has a compact athletic frame. He played second base the majority of his time on defense. Made a couple of nice plays on run throughs and showed ability to throw on the run from tough arm slots and angles. Long term, the arm strength is more suitable for second. At the plate Rizzo is a contact bat, level path swing, and the stance gets narrow and slightly upright at finish.
